These Hands of Mine
During RocFest '15 (a bouldering compeition held in Manchester) I embarked on a project to look at how different climbers affect their hands - arguably the most useful body part for climbing. What you see here are images of the climbers hands before and after, along with their portrait. With over 400 competitors, this led to a vastly diverse range of climbers and even paraclimbers along an interesting project to both undertake and photograph. The final collection is of roughly 70 participants in the competition. RocFest '15 was hosted at RockOver Climbing Centre, Manchester.
